At Laurence King Publishing UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion accessories or apparel, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
